On Republic Day 2025, the manufacturers of film 69 of Thalapathy Vijay announced the title of the film – Jana Nayagan. They also announced the first aspect of the film, which adds to the emotion of fans and generating more buzz around the film.
Kvn Productions shared the movie of the film on the social networks presented by Vijay. In the poster, Vijay is seen by clicking on a selfie with thousands of people in the background, who seem to be encouraging him. Vijay carries a navy blue denim shirt, black pants and dark sunglasses.
The actor also shared the poster on his Instagram, which invited a lot of comments from his fans and admirers.

In case you did not know, this movie marks the last film by Thalapathy Vijay before he enters politics. He founded the political party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) in February 2024 and invests most of his time in his political career. Some reports also suggest that it will compete in the elections of the Assembly of Tamil Nadu 2026.
The film stars Pooja Hegde as the female protagonist, while Bobby Deol plays the negative role in the film. The film will also star in Mamita Baiju, Prakash Raj, Gautham Vasudev Menon and others. Directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Kvn Productions, music for the film is composed of Anirudh.
The Kannada actor, Shiva Rajkumar, had also hinted at the past that would star in the film on a very interesting role.
The manufacturers have not announced a release date for the film, but there are speculation that suggests that it will be released in music for the film has been composed of Anirudh.
