The Kochi city police have registered a case against the filmmaker Sanal Kumar Sasidharan, in charge of harassing a popular plaintiff on social networks.
The Elamakkara police recorded the case on Monday based on a petition presented by the actor.
Mr. Sasidharan had released a film with the actor and produced by her online. The film made in 2019 appeared at many film festivals in the country and abroad.
He had alleged in a publication on social networks that someone was preventing him from making films and forced him to flee to the United States, where he said he was now.
Mr. Sasidharan was arrested by the Kochi Police for a position to stalk the same actor in May 2022 before receiving the bond.
