1. Preparation ingredients

Start rinseing the rice. Once done, wallpaper for an hour. Meanwhile, boil 1-2 potatoes. Wash and fight the lauki, then Ralle. Exprmit excess water to dry.

2. Prepare the dough

Transfer the rice soaked to a blender jar together with the boiled potato and the lauki grated. Move everything in a fine dough. Now mix the lauki grated and leave the dough aside. In a pan, hot a little oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, chopped curry leaves, green chiles, coriander leaves and onion to the dough. Mix well.

3. Do the uttapams

Heat a little oil in a pan. Stir the dough and gently pour a bully full on the TVA. Cook over medium low heat on both sides, then serve hot!
