Naresh Yadav was before the candidate Mehrauli. He was convicted by a Punjab court in a case of desecration of the Quran in December and sentenced to the two -year prison. When AAP published his fifth list of candidates for the Delhi elections, which will be held on February 5, the match announced Mahender Chaudhary as his candidate for Mehrauli, replacing Naresh Yadav.
Naresh Yadav in his renunciation letter said the AAP left its founding principle of “honest policy.” He claimed that the party, instead of fulfilling his promise to reduce corruption, had been entangled in the swamp of corruption itself, “referring to the case of Delhi’s liquor policy in which the former principal minister, Arvind Kejriwal, and His former deputy Manish Sisodia were imprisoned for several.
