1. Soak the red chiles
Take hot water and remove dry red chiles for 15 minutes. Once soaked, remove the stems and move in a paste with chopped and garlic tomatoes. Add some water for softer consistency.
2. Prepare Mogri
In a Kadhai, heated the oil and temperate it with Jera, mustard seeds, saunf, Methi and Baneo seeds. Mix well, then add the Mogri. Season with salt, cover and cook in a low medium flame until it softens slightly.
3. Add the prepared paste
Once the Mogri softens, add the chili pasta prepared and mix well. Cook until the raw smell disappears and the pasta is well roasted, leaving oil aside. Deny with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot!
