“Hey, do you want to eat somewhere?” It is perhaps one of the most frequent questions when it comes to dinner. Going to a restaurant, elegant or informal, is a fun and delicious activity. From business lunch to romantic appointments, going out to eat is an excellent way to catch up while enjoying delicious meals. While you can go to dinner with anyone, friends, family, colleagues, you can also simply ask for a table for one. Have you done that? If the answer is yes, you know where this article is directed. If not, you are missing an incredible experience. Eating alone does not mean closing. It is definitely not boring. Rather, experience will help you feel closer to you and with the world you live in.
Here is why I should try to ask “table for one, please”:
1. A sense of independence
If you are eating alone, it does not mean that you are alone. Instead, it is independent enough to go wherever you want, whenever you want, eat what you want and pay the invoice for yourself. Since I could not leave for dinner as a child, the ability to do it will now make you feel empowered and greater in good sense. Prove!

When eating with the company, you will have to make a conversation. Eating with someone can be a great union activity, however, the chat distracts us from our food at some level. If you eat a tempting plate in a solo restaurant, you are more likely to concentrate on your food and enjoy each bite to the fullest.
3. Eat whatever you want
Whether you are eating with only one person or a large group of 12, it is not considered to force your choice and everyone’s taste in the group. People first argue and make their order, and it is possible that that dish you really wanted to try is lost. Well, if you are eating alone, you can order and eat what you want without worrying about anyone else.

Even if you are having dinner with your partner or the best friend, eat with the company pushes us to adhere to the gastronomic label. However, when there is no one watching, it is likely that you feel more comfortable and do not care how you look while you eat a great bite or drop the sushi of your chopsticks by mistake.
5. Talk to new people outside your circle
Making gastronomic plans with someone means that he will not only go out to eat, but also spend time with that person. Being focused on conversation and your company in general leaves little space to interact with new people. However, if they are alone, you are more likely to interact with the staff or any other person in your environment, giving rise to new experiences.
If you have never eaten for yourself, start with a more informal place such as a sandwiches store or a hamburger. Once you feel more comfortable, you can even go to an elegant restaurant, all dressed and full of confidence.
So when are a delicious food taken out?
